[Pepper's job title may have CEO of Stark Industries, but there were days that she thought her job was something more along the lines of "Official Babysitter to Tony Stark."

Today was one of those days. But at least Tony could tie his shoes by himself. It was the little things like that that made her job easier.]

[And some other days, people other than Tony Stark seemed to want a bit more of Pepper's attention. Not that Betty really knew why she'd specifically been asked to hand in a status report for one of the projects co-funded by Culver University and Stark Industries. But here she was, waiting patiently in the lobby.]

You must be a very busy person. Actually I'm a little surprised that I'm meeting the CEO, I thought I'd just give this report in to one of the research managers?

Betty, then, for me. [This is going rather well, which is a nice change of pace.]

You know, it was a surprise that Stark Industries wanted to branch out into the cellular biology world. [Though post weaponry, the company really could do just about anything it liked.] The applications to tie in with clean energy aren't exactly obvious.
